High Point Awards (first through fourth) will be awarded in the following divisions:

• High Point Trainer
• Reserve High Point Trainer
• Walk, Trot Pleasure
• Short Stirrup Hunter
• Short Stirrup Equitation
• Walk Trot Equitation
• Equitation 15-17
• Equitation 12-14
• Equitation 11 and under
• Modified Adult Eq.
• Adult Equitation
• Children’s Hunter
• Special Hunter
• Modified Adult Hunter
• RI Working Hunter
• Adult Hunter
• High Point Hunter
• High Point Equitation Rider
• Lead Line
• Children’s Equitation
• Modified Pony Hunter*
• Pre-Children’s/Adult Hunter*

(*Classes Offered at June 4, July 2, July 30, August 16, September 24 and October 29 shows only.)

To acquire points, the following applies:

1. The rider for equitation and the horse or pony for hunters, must compete in a minimum of four (4) shows.
    
2. The rider for equitation and the owner for hunters must be a member.
    
3. Points shall accrue as of the day of the show membership was joined or as of the postmark, if mailed.
    
4. A registration form and fee of $10.00 is required ($15.00 for a family).
    
5. Points will be calculated as follows:
   • 1st: 10
   • 2nd: 6
   • 3rd: 4
   • 4th: 2
   • 5th: 1
   • 6th: ½
   • Champion: 10
   • Reserve Champion: 6
      
6. Points will start with the first show of the season (12/04/05). Awards will be presented at the final show of the season (11/12/06).
